Kovanen App is a quick and easy way to order Kovanen’s taxi services in the Helsinki area 24/7. With the free app, you can book a taxi service for 1–16 passengers right away or make a pre-booking. You can conveniently pay the transfer either with mobile payment directly in the app or pay to the driver.

With the Kovanen App, you can also make a pre-booking from a flight. In the airport service, Kovanen’s team will monitor the actual landing time of your flight and the driver will come meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign. The vehicles used in Kovanen’s taxi service are state-of-the-art Mercedes Benz sedans and minivans.

Making a booking with Kovanen App is easy. After you have sent the order request, you will be quickly informed of the availability. When you download Kovanen App, you will get an identification code via SMS. With this number code you can sign in to the app. After you have signed in, you will be directed to your customer profile page where you can fill in your personal details as well as your payment card information. Making bookings with Kovanen App is free of charge, the payment card details are used for backup authorization. Corporate customers, who have a Kovanen corporate billing account with the Economy Class payment feature, may also enable their billing account in the app and choose billing as a payment method.
